Nicola Saltzman is an experienced behavior analyst with a robust background in supporting individuals with developmental disorders and emotional disturbances. Currently serving as the Regional Implementation Lead at the California Autism Professional Training And Information Network (CAPTAIN), Nicola facilitates meetings, provides training, and promotes evidence-based practices. Previous roles include Behavior Specialist at the Irvine Unified School District, Senior Behavior Analyst at Children's Learning Connection, and Program Supervisor at Coyne & Associates, among others. Nicola holds a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from St. Cloud State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Glasgow Caledonian University.
