Catherine Moore

Catherine Moore is an experienced educator specializing in English as a Second Language (ESL) and English Language Learning (ELL) programs. Currently serving as an Associate Faculty Instructor for AESL at Irvine Valley College and as an instructor for ESL and ELL programs at Orange Coast College, Catherine has consistently utilized a multi-modal interactive teaching approach tailored for diverse adult populations. With a history of lecturing at California State University, Fullerton, and other institutions, Catherine has focused on TESL training, specifically in pronunciation and discourse, while also emphasizing student progress tracking. Educational qualifications include a Doctoral candidacy in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages from Anaheim University, a Master's in Communicative Disorders from the University of the Pacific, and a Bachelor's in Speech and Hearing Sciences from UC Santa Barbara.
