Audrey Heil

Audrey Heil is an experienced Project Controller with over two decades of expertise in project management and consulting services. Currently at Irving Burton Associates since April 2012, Audrey provides developmental contractor guidance, budget analysis, and contract modifications. Prior experience includes a similar role at JACER Corporation from January 2000 to April 2012. Audrey's career began in the United States Navy, where roles included Department Head/Project Manager overseeing healthcare cost accounting systems and Administrative Officer managing 34 outpatient clinics. Audrey Heil holds a Master’s degree in Health Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Communication Disorders from The Pennsylvania State University.
