Laura Jimenez has extensive experience in customer service, operations management, and process analysis. Currently serving as a Customer Account Coordinator at Irving Consumer Products since February 2021, Laura previously worked as a Front Desk Supervisor at Bahia Principe Hotels & Resorts, overseeing front desk operations and collaborating with housekeeping and maintenance teams. Prior to that, Laura was the Assistant General Manager at El Mundo de las Plantas Electricas, managing a team and implementing growth strategies. Additionally, Laura worked as a Process Analyst at Banco BHD León, where responsibilities included surveying and analyzing operational efficiency. Laura holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo.
