Francisco Miranda Jr. has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Francisco started their career as a Bilingual Education Teacher at Dallas ISD in 2006 and later became an Assistant Principal in 2011. Francisco then joined the Irving Independent School District as an Associate Principal in 2014, before being promoted to Principal of Crockett Middle School in 2015. Francisco has shown a strong dedication to student success and collaborative leadership. Prior to their work in education, they worked as a Neiman Marcus Online Representative from 2000 to 2006.

Francisco Miranda, Jr. earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Northwood University in the years 2002 to 2005. Later, from 2010 to 2012, they pursued a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, General from The University of Texas at Austin.
