Lisa Hill

Lisa Hill, EdD, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources for the Irving Independent School District since July 2022. Prior to this role, Lisa held various educational positions, including MYP Theatre Arts and Social-Emotional Learning Lead at Uplift Education from January 2020 to June 2022, and Head of School at North Texas Performing Arts Academy from February 2019 to December 2019. Their experience also includes serving as Principal of a PreK-8th Grade campus at Advantage Academy and Principal of Farine Elementary School and Pierce ECS within the Irving Independent School District. Additionally, Lisa contributed to Dallas Baptist University as an Adjunct Faculty member in Educational Administration. Lisa's academic background includes a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in K-12 Educational Leadership from Dallas Baptist University and a Master’s Degree in Educational Administration and Supervision from the University of North Texas.
