Mark Turner has extensive experience in information technology leadership and management roles. Their most recent position is Director of Enterprise Content Management at Irving Independent School District, where they are responsible for implementing a paperless system using ECM technology. Prior to this, they served as Vice President of Information Technology at Stratus Neuro, leading a global support and operations organization for a SaaS platform. Before that, they were the Vice President of Infrastructure Technology at NBCUniversal Media, LLC, where they built and managed an IT team supporting the company's television stations. Mark also held the role of Director of Academic Technology and Online Education at Dallas Baptist University, where they enhanced the online education program through the use of technology. Early in their career, Mark served as the CIO and Vice President of Information Technology at The Walt Disney Company, leading successful IT transformations for both ABC Television and ABC Radio.

Mark Turner holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Organizational Leadership from Dallas Baptist University, which they obtained in 2020. Prior to their PhD, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Project Management from the same university in 2012. Mark also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from the University of North Texas, completed in 1994.
