Henry Spooner is a skilled international headhunter specializing in global executive search within the paper and packaging sectors, currently serving as a Business Manager at Irving Knight Group since January 2020. Henry oversees the Packaging and Personal Care Contract Manufacturing team and has received recognition as Employee of the Year in 2022 and the Managing Director’s Award. Previous roles include Senior Consultant and Business Consultant, with earlier experience at Harrison Frazer and Kew Green Hotels Limited. Henry holds a Bachelor's degree in History from The University of Sheffield, completed in 2019, and attended South Bromsgrove High from 2011 to 2016.
