Kirstie Shaw currently serves as the Operations Manager and Group Office Manager for the Irving Knight Group, overseeing operations and administration for its four companies: Irving Knight, Atrio Search, Potentia Search, and FLS Talent since October 2022. Prior to this role, Kirstie was a Global Business Consultant focused on Contract Development and Manufacturing Organizations at Roxy Leisure Ltd, where responsibilities included managing a team of 50 and overseeing operations, HR, recruitment, sales, and business development from January 2017 to October 2022. Previous experience includes management positions at Players Bar and CHG Electrical, and an Accounts Assistant role at CHG Electrical. Kirstie earned a degree in Education Studies with Psychology and Counseling from Sheffield Hallam University between 2013 and 2016.
