Irving Symphony Orchestra
Luis F Rodriguez serves as the Director of Music Ministry at Holy Covenant United Methodist Church since January 2023. In addition, Luis holds the position of Director of Artistic Operations for the Plano Symphony Orchestra, where responsibilities have included roles as Librarian, Cover Conductor, and Operations Manager since September 2015. Luis has also been the Music Director for the Philharmonic Orchestra of Texas since June 2018 and the Irving Symphony Orchestra since December 2017, while previously serving as Music Director for the Dallas Camerata Young Soloists from August 2017 to September 2018 and Broadmoor Presbyterian Church from September 2011 to June 2014. Academic qualifications include a Master's Degree in Orchestral Conducting from Louisiana State University (2011-2013) and two Bachelor's degrees in Voice and Opera and Music Performance from The University of Texas at Austin (2004-2010).
