Rakhshan Mazarei

Rakhshan Mazarei is currently the CFO at the International Right of Way Association since April 2006. Rakhshan also served as an Interim CFO, Controller, and Personnel Manager where Rakhshan managed financial planning, budgeting, payroll activities, external audits, and human resources functions for the organization. Prior to this, Rakhshan held the role of Accounting & Personnel Manager at Morpho Technologies from 2000 to 2006 where Rakhshan oversaw financial statements, payroll, equity option plans, and HR activities. Rakhshan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from California State University, Fullerton.
