Aaron Girdlestone

Aaron Girdlestone is the Internal Communications Channels Manager at Irwin Mitchell since July 2022. Previously, Aaron served as the Internal Communication Support Partner at Flutter Entertainment Plc, focusing on engagement through Flutter Connect. Aaron spent over a decade at Nationwide Building Society in various roles, including Marketing Consultant, where involvement in the Explore Your Potential talent program fostered skills in advertising, social media, and team collaboration using Office 365. Earlier experience includes customer service and expertise in fishkeeping at Maidenhead Aquatics. Aaron is currently pursuing education at The Open University, expected to conclude in June 2026.
