Caitlin Kelly

Caitlin Kelly is a legal professional with a strong background in law and European law, holding a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Nottingham and a distinction in the LPC LLM from the University of Law. Caitlin's experience includes roles in various legal capacities at Irwin Mitchell as a Trainee Solicitor, Associate Solicitor, and Solicitor in the Court of Protection Team, where involvement centers around assisting individuals lacking mental capacity in decision-making. Previous positions include serving as a Delegation Manager at Enriching Cultural Experiences, managing educational tours for foreign students, and working as a complaint resolution manager at Next Ltd.
