Sylvia Phillips

She gained experience in personal injury claims since qualifying as a solicitor in 2002, and has specialised in asbestos-related disease claims since 2019.

Sylvia combines her experience in asbestos-related disease claims with being approachable, as well as mindful of where her clients are in their journey. She meets her clients in their curiosity to explore how the law provides for those affected by asbestos exposure and what it may mean in practice for them.

Sylvia says it is a privilege to assist clients at what is often such a poignant time in their lives.

She is an Accredited Litigator of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).
