Dale Ballantine

Dale Ballantine is an Associate Solicitor in the Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution team at Irwin Mitchell LLP since November 2015, specializing in property litigation, including boundary disputes, trespass claims, nuisance claims, landlord and tenant disputes, and breach of covenant. Prior experience includes roles as a Chartered Legal Executive and Paralegal at Credit Style Limited, a Paralegal at Brunell Cole, and various short-term work experiences at Irwin Mitchell and other law firms. Dale Ballantine also completed a Mini-Pupillage under Barrister Alison Howey. Educational qualifications include a Legal Practice Course from Nottingham Law School and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB Hons) from Nottingham Trent University, with an additional focus on Commercial Law at the International University Audentes.
