David Vaughan

David Vaughan is an experienced litigation solicitor with a specialization in commercial dispute resolution, particularly within the financial services sector, as well as international litigation and arbitration. Currently serving as a Partner at Irwin Mitchell since March 2023, Vaughan has held similar roles at Collyer Bristow and Shakespeare Martineau, where leadership included heading the London office. Previous experience includes leading the Commercial Litigation Practice Group at BLM and serving as an associate at BDB Pitmans, focusing on construction and commercial property litigation. Vaughan's educational background includes an MA in European Legal Studies and an LLB (Hons) in Law from the University of Leeds, along with completion of the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in London.
