Fiona McGhie

Fiona McGhie is a partner at Irwin Mitchell, where Fiona has been practicing public law since August 2010, specializing in community care, access to medical treatment, mental capacity law, human rights, and actions against the police. Fiona previously held positions as senior associate and solicitor at the same firm, and served as associate solicitor and trainee solicitor at the Public Law Project.
