Kirsty Wright has extensive experience in sales and customer experience management, particularly within the energy and legal sectors. At British Gas, Kirsty served as a Sales Sustainability Manager, leading cultural change initiatives to enhance sales performance among over 250 advisors. Subsequent roles included Product Owner and Project Manager, contributing to significant IS changes and the development of a new SAP CRM billing component. As a Performance Coach, Kirsty focused on maximizing the potential of service advisors. At Hive, Kirsty was responsible for customer experience improvements and strategy development across the product portfolio. More recently, Kirsty held roles as Lead Service Designer and Customer Journey Design Manager at Irwin Mitchell. Kirsty holds a Bachelor of Arts in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Glasgow Caledonian University.
