Paul Henson

Paul Henson is a Partner in the national Real Estate Disputes team at Irwin Mitchell, where involvement includes representing a diverse array of investors and developers in contentious matters since October 2019. With a robust background in Court of Appeal, High Court, and County Court litigation, Paul has also participated in mediations and arbitrations. Prior to this role, Paul was a Partner at Collyer Bristow LLP from September 2012 to October 2019, specializing in real estate litigation. Additional experience includes serving as an Associate at SGH Martineau LLP and a Solicitor at Halliwells LLP. Paul began legal training as a Trainee Solicitor at Olswang and has prior experience in valuation at Cazenove Capital Management. Academic credentials include a Law degree from the University of Exeter and an LPC with distinction from APU law school.
