Richard James

Richard James is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and research, currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Researcher for Partner Hires at Irwin Mitchell since October 2022. Previously, Richard held the position of Head of Research at MRA Search from May 2011 to September 2022, managing all research initiatives for a leading legal search consultancy and providing extensive research support throughout the recruitment process. Prior roles include Communications Manager at Herbert Smith Freehills from 2007 to 2009, and various positions at Chambers and Partners, including Deputy Editor and Team Leader, from 2001 to 2007. Richard began a career in the legal field as a Paralegal/Archivist at The Law Society from 1999 to 2001.
