Samuel Cook is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in strategic organization design and human resources management. Currently serving as the Organisation Design Lead at Irwin Mitchell since February 2019, Samuel has successfully led complex strategic organization design projects and transformation programs. Previous roles include Interim Head of HR, where strategic growth planning was facilitated, and Strategic Human Resources Lead with HR consultancy responsibilities for legal and corporate functions. Prior experiences at Lowell Group and Thornfields include employee relations management and learning development facilitation, respectively. Samuel holds multiple relevant qualifications, including a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Leeds and a Level 7 CIPD qualification in HRM, among others.
