Fred Hannapel has extensive experience in sales and engineering, currently serving as Sales Director at Irwin since April 1999, where responsibilities include managing both direct and distributor sales in the Northeast. Prior to this role, Fred held various positions at Country Roads Inc. from September 1991 to April 1999, including Regional Sales Manager, Product Design Engineer, Plant Manager, and Engineer, focusing on seating restoration and manufacturing. Fred holds a Master of Science in Engineering Mechanics and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, both from Michigan Technological University.
