Shirley Swims

Shirley Swims has extensive experience in quality engineering and management, currently serving as a Quality Engineer at Irwin Seating Company since September 2015. Prior to this role, Shirley worked at American Seating Company for over 35 years, initially as a Customer Service Clerk and advancing to Area Manager before retiring in September 2015. Shirley holds certifications as a Quality Specialist from ASQ with qualifications including CQA and CQIA. Key responsibilities have included the development and implementation of quality plans and check sheets, managing corporate databases, ordering and maintaining inventory accuracy, and coordinating shipping requirements. Shirley's educational background includes studies at Aquinas College and certification in Quality Assurance from the American Society for Quality in 2007.
