Fred has extensive experience in roles such as Chief Medical Officer, Chief Operating Officer, President, Chairman, and Founder. Dr. Ma has held positions in various companies including iRxReminder LLC, Convalife (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., MyT.coach, Medical Quality International, LLC (MQI), Cognivue, Inc., Innovative Health Sciences, MedAlly Solutions Co., Ltd., KORU MEDICAL SYSTEMS, Innovacyn, Inc., and Gliatech Medical Inc. Throughout their career, they have focused on product development, clinical trials, regulatory compliance, business development, and strategic planning. Dr. Ma displays expertise in areas such as R&D, commercialization, product launch, marketing and sales, operations, and IPO.

Fred Ma, M.D., Ph.D. completed their education with a medical background, specifically in the field of medicine and neuroscience. Fred first obtained their M.D. degree from Capital University of Medical Sciences in 1983. Later, they pursued a doctoral degree in Medical Sciences with a focus on Medicine/Neurosciences at The University of Tokyo, which they completed in 1988. Fred furthered their expertise in neuroscience and obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree from Rutgers University - Newark in 1998.
