Alison Sudfeld has held a variety of roles in the past decade. In 2018, they began working at iS CLINICAL as a Senior Territory Business Manager and then as a Territory Business Manager. From 2013 to 2018, they worked at SmoothMED as a Sales and Operations Manager, managing all sales and operations for an upscale, NYC Medical Spa. Alison was responsible for forecasting, inventory, pricing, and setting internal sales goals, as well as building strong relationships with supplier representatives and staying up-to-date on competitor activity, industry trends and innovative treatments to attract new clients, improve consultation conversions and increase retention rates. From 2010 to 2013, they worked at the American Diabetes Association as a Fundraising & Special Events Coordinator. Alison assisted upper level management with the planning, organization and execution of annual fundraising events, generating over $600,000 in total proceeds. Alison was personally responsible for the annual Gala's Silent Auction from solicitation to procurement, and generated a 125% increase in total auction revenue from 2010 ($8000) to 2011 ($18,000) with a 58% growth in auction donors (52 to 82 donors). Alison also grew the key in-kind account base by 300% (from 40 to 160) over the first two years, representing new donors and decreasing overall project costs.
Alison Sudfeld graduated from Florida State University in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design and a Minor in Business Administration. Prior to that, they attended Mount Saint Joseph Academy.
