Gabriela Baez

Gabriela Baez is a seasoned marketing executive with extensive experience in the beauty and luxury sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Marketing at iS CLINICAL since 2024, Baez previously held the Vice President Marketing role at ZO Skin Health, Inc. from 2021 to 2024. Other notable positions include Vice President of Global Marketing and eCommerce at Voluspa, Senior Director/Head of Marketing at Lashfood / JB Cosmetics, and Senior Director of Marketing at Unilever’s Prestige Hub Brands, including Murad and Dermalogica. Baez began their career at Hilton Hotels Corporation and has also worked in marketing and public relations roles for both Whittier College and carrera y carrera in Madrid. Baez earned a BA in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and International Business, and a minor in Spanish Business Communication from Whittier College.
