Julie Quigley Birgbauer

Julie Quigley Birgbauer has held three positions since 2011. Julie Quigley was a Consultant for both the National Youth Recovery Foundation and Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Greater Twin Cities from 2011 to 2012. Julie Quigley then became the Senior Territory Business Manager and Domestic Sales Field Manager for Innovative Skincare from 2012 to present.
