Kathleen Lofts

Kathleen Lofts has over 25 years of experience in the beauty and skincare industry. Kathleen began their career in 1995 as a Territory Business Manager for Aveda/ Estee Lauder Corporation, where they created sustainable and consistent growth within 25 Aveda Concept Salons located in a Southern California territory. In 2004, they became an Account Manager for Caleel and Hayden, where they established successful sales of mineral cosmetics and medical grade skincare to dermatologists and plastic surgeons located in the Southern California market. In 2006, they began working as a Direct Sales Specialist for TIGI Corporation / Unilever, where they increased new doors by 30% growth by cold calling, networking, education and trade shows. In 2017, they became a Corporate Account Manager for The HydraFacial Company, and in 2018 they became a Regional Manager for Babor Cosmetics. Most recently, in 2020, they began working as an Account Executive for Hush & Hush, where they are responsible for sales and marketing, expanding and developing new accounts, conducting training, coaching and developing, and calling on dermatology, medical spas, resorts and wellness centers. Kathleen is currently a Territory Business Manager for iS CLINICAL.

Kathleen Lofts attended Oklahoma State University from 1986 to 1990, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Communication and Media Studies.
