Idowu Ogunsulire

Idowu Ogunsulire has over 15 years of professional experience in the IT industry. In 2005, they began their career as a Project Engineer at IHS Nigeria Limited. Two years later, they moved to SeedVest Limited as an IT Associate. In 2008, they joined Airfire Telephone and Data Inc. as a Network Engineer. After a year, they moved to Siemens Canada as a Network Developer/Engineer. In 2015, they joined iS5 Communications Inc. as a Senior Network Engineer. Most recently, in 2020, they were promoted to Lead Technical Support Consultant, providing post-sales technical support to customers, resolution of customer network/ product issues, and training/leadership/mentorship to team members. Idowu is also responsible for customer service ticket management, customer/client relationship management, providing solutions by working with cross-functional teams, and providing ISO9001 process review and improvement.

Idowu Ogunsulire completed a Master in Internetworking Engineering from Dalhousie University in 2009. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Federal University of Technology Akure between 1997 and 2002.
