Fernando Pares

Fernando Pares is an experienced entrepreneur and business leader currently serving as an Endeavor Entrepreneur since July 2023. As the Founder and CEO of ISA since January 2018, Fernando has demonstrated expertise in driving business growth and innovation. Previously, Fernando co-founded AvalDoc and worked in M&A at G5 Partners. Fernando holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Healthcare Management from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa and two Bachelor's degrees in Economics from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa and Università Bocconi. Fernando's educational background includes a strong foundation from Colégio Dante Alighieri.
