Sean Zhao

Sean Zhao is a Senior Advisor at Isaac Health. Prior to joining Isaac Health, Sean was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company from August 2014 to November 2021. During their time at McKinsey, Sean was responsible for leading teams of up to 8 people, owning and coordinating senior client relationships, and delivering consulting projects. Sean also led problem solving, data analysis, and executive communication. Sean transferred from Munich to the New York Office and completed a 6-month rotation to the Middle East. Sean was promoted twice - from Associate to Senior Associate and to Engagement Manager. Recent project experience includes payor strategy, value-based care and virtual health, and analytics and product development.

Sean Zhao completed a Bachelor of Arts in Neuroscience at the University of Cambridge. Sean then went on to complete a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery at the same school. Finally, Sean Zhao obtained a Research Doctorate in Medicine from the Technical University of Munich.
