Alec Patience

Alec Patience is an experienced executive in the Ecommerce and creative design sectors, currently serving as SVP of Ecommerce at Isaac Morris Ltd since November 2024. Previously, Alec held the position of EVP of Ecommerce and Business Development at Mad Engine Global, LLC, where responsibilities included overseeing a successful multichannel Amazon business generating over $200 million annually and managing partnerships with licensors. From July 2008 to June 2023, Alec worked at Fifth Sun, initially as VP of Ecommerce/Licensing, where the transition of a wholesale company to online sales was executed, and later as VP, Creative/Design Director/Art Director, leading design efforts for major licenses. Prior roles include Art Director/Sr. Graphic Designer at Steve & Barry's, Sr. Graphic Designer at Nike/Exeter Brands, and Graphic Design Manager/Sr. Graphic Designer at Blue Marlin Corp. Alec's career began as a Graphic Designer/Owner at Trainwreck Industries and included account management at VIA, Inc. Alec obtained a BA from UC San Diego in 1994.
