Michelle Darcy is a seasoned Principal Consultant currently at Isaac Operations since January 2025, and previously held the same role at Newton from June 2020 to January 2025, where responsibilities included conducting assessments and implementation projects for diverse private and public sector clients. With a strong foundation in UX/UI design and technology recruitment gained during a placement at Digital Gurus, along with valuable internship experiences in press and public relations at Munich Airport and mobile development documentation at Wirecard, Michelle has developed a robust skill set. Academic qualifications include an MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from The University of Manchester.
