Ray Bayliss

Ray Bayliss is an experienced professional in operational and financial improvement, currently serving as a Partner, Vice President, Director, and Principal Consultant at Isaac Operations since January 2012. Ray's work focuses on enhancing operational processes and supply chains for organizations across North America and globally, leveraging a strong engineering foundation to identify and resolve performance issues effectively. Prior to this role, Ray gained valuable experience as a Lines Engineer at Hydro One in 2009. Ray holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo, earned in 2011.
