Ana Carolina Croce has a diverse work experience. Ana Carolina started their career as a Jovem aprendiz at Apple, where they gained valuable experience in various areas of the store, including technical assistance, stock organization, and participation in recruitment processes. Ana Carolina also had the opportunity to observe interviews and interact with candidates.

After their time at Apple, Ana worked as an intern at Maple Bear Canadian School, where they gained practical experience in an educational setting.

Ana Carolina then moved on to Gympass, where they held multiple roles, including Global Tech & Product Talent Acquisition and Global Organizational Development Analyst. These positions allowed their to develop skills in talent acquisition and organizational development on a global scale.

Currently, Ana works at isaac as a Senior Talent Acquisition professional. Prior to this role, they held positions as Talent Acquisition & Projetos - Pleno and Tech Recruiter. In their current role, they focus on recruiting and selecting candidates for the Tech and Data areas, as well as working on employer branding initiatives and managing recruitment projects such as partnerships, programs, events, and processes.

Ana Carolina Croce earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, which was completed from 2016 to 2021. Ana Carolina later pursued further education at MBA USP/Esalq for a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Gestão de Pessoas com Ênfase em Liderança Organizacional. This program began in 2022 and is expected to be completed in 2024. Additionally, Ana holds a certification in English as a Second Language Teaching from Fisk Joinville, although the date of acquisition is unknown.
