Ingrid Mistro has a diverse work experience through different companies and roles. Ingrid started their career in 2011 at Hyundai CAOA do Brasil Ltda as an Administrative Assistant for SUBARU until 2014. In 2014, they worked as an Intern in the Department of Publications at the Sociedade de Pediatria de São Paulo, where they were responsible for database management, author support, article review, and social media monitoring. From 2015 to 2017, they worked at Dot Brasil, handling tasks such as managing Google AdWords and Facebook Ads, project development, client prospecting, creating and monitoring social media posts. In 2017, they joined Uber as a Customer Service Specialist, providing support to large, medium, and small businesses via email and chat. Ingrid also specialized in supporting Uber for Business platform. In 2020, they worked as a Content Moderator II at TikTok, coordinating content management and supervising the moderation of special video queues. Currently, Ingrid works at Isaac as a Customer Success Analyst Pleno.

Ingrid Mistro obtained a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations from FAPCOM - Faculdade Paulus de Comunicação, where they studied from 2012 to 2015. In 2009, they completed a course in Teaching English as a Second Language with a duration of 200 hours. In 2020, they completed a course in English Business at the Instituto Mindset.
