Nayra Bruno

Nayra Bruno currently serves as the Collections and Fraud Prevention Director at isaac, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this role, Nayra Bruno was with Open Co from October 2019 to December 2023, where responsibilities included Chief Operating Officer, overseeing product operations for a credit and payment platform, as well as fraud prevention, collection, and customer success. Nayra Bruno's experience also includes significant roles at Itaú Unibanco, spanning from November 2013 to October 2019, with positions such as Collection Strategy Coordinator and Collection Strategy Analyst. Additionally, Nayra Bruno interned at Siemens in 2012. Academic achievements include a specialization in AI Product Management from Duke University, as well as degrees in Digital Transformation in Financial Services from Copenhagen Business School, a Master in Economics and Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from USP - Universidade de São Paulo.
