Erika Ross

Erika Ross has over 18 years of experience in the banking sector, currently serving as Vice President and Chief Risk Officer at Isabella Bank since May 2005. In this role, Erika oversees the Bank’s Enterprise Risk Management Program, focusing on compliance, information security, business continuity planning, and vendor management. Prior to this, Erika held multiple vice president positions at Isabella Bank, including Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Marketing, where responsibilities encompassed customer service operations, marketing strategies, and community relations. Erika began their career at Fifth Third Bank as an Office Manager after completing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Finance from Central Michigan University and furthering education with a graduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
