The Clinical and Social Services team at Isabella Geriatric Center Inc is dedicated to ensuring the well-being and independence of elderly residents. This multidisciplinary team provides a range of services, including social work, clinical dietetics, occupational therapy, community outreach, and case management, to address both the medical and social needs of the geriatic population.
