Matt Stamper

Matt Stamper is a seasoned cybersecurity executive with extensive experience in providing strategic guidance and advisory services across various organizations. As the Chief Executive Officer and CISO Advisor at Executive Advisors Group, LLC since June 2012, Matt leads initiatives in cybersecurity, privacy governance, and compliance assessments. Matt chairs the CISO Cross-Sector Council of the InfraGard National Members Alliance, facilitating collaboration among cybersecurity professionals to enhance the security of critical infrastructure. Matt co-founded the CISO Desk Reference Guide, delivering essential insights for security leaders, and is actively involved in organizations such as Planet Wild, San Diego CISO Roundtable, ISACA, Security Tinkerers, and Aphinia. Prior roles include Chief Information Security Officer at EVOTEK and Research Director at Gartner, focusing on security incident response and compliance. Matt holds a Master's degree in International Business from the UC San Diego School of Global Policy and Strategy and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from UC San Diego.
