Melissa Swartz

Melissa Swartz, CAE has a diverse work experience in positions related to membership and community operations, volunteer engagement, and awards program management. Melissa'smost recent role was as the Director of Membership and Community Operations at ISACA since July 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Manager of Community Engagement at ISACA from August 2019 to July 2022, where they facilitated positive member and volunteer engagement. Melissa also worked as the Volunteer Engagement Manager at ISACA from June 2016 to August 2019, where they created opportunities for and managed a process to maximize volunteer engagement.

Before joining ISACA, Melissa worked at IEEE from June 2014 to June 2016 as the Awards Program and Budget Manager, where they managed budget cost centers and sponsor contributions for the awards department.
