Pratul K.

Pratul K. serves as the Head of Information Security at the Metropolitan Transportation Commission since November 2006, overseeing IT infrastructure and information security operations. Pratul has previously held positions such as Principal in Information Security & Infrastructure and Senior Manager in Information Technology, focusing on the delivery of IT services for transportation projects in the Bay Area. Pratul is a member of ISACA and holds certifications as a Certified Information Security Manager and Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer. Additionally, Pratul is appointed as a part-time Professor of Practice in Information Security at Dayalbagh Educational Institute. Previous experience includes consulting roles at Wachovia and Neoforma Inc., and technical management positions at Stanford University and Speedera Networks. Pratul earned a Master of Science in Information Systems from the University of San Francisco and a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Dayalbagh Educational Institute.
