Will Carroll

Will Carroll is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in IT and information security risk management. Currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Greater Hartford Chapter of ISACA as Membership Director and Chair of the Membership Committee, Will has previously held prominent roles including Director of IT/IS Risk Oversight at First Citizens Bank, where initiatives for enhancing technology risk oversight were established. Will led the creation of the Technology Risk Oversight team at Silicon Valley Bank, overseeing technology risks across various business lines. Earlier experience includes senior risk management positions at Citizens Bank and MassMutual, as well as information security roles at The Hartford. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Computer Information Systems with a concentration in Security and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration focused on Finance and Management Information Systems, both from Boston University. Will holds multiple professional certifications, including CDPSE, CISSP, CRISC, and PMP.
