Jim Pierce

Jim is an investor and a member of the Board of Directors. He joined Isagenix in 2005 and has helped grow the global organization. As a former business owner of a technology company that focused on middle market distribution and manufacturing, he has 40 years of experience in financial management, operations, and accounting.

Jim earned an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Throughout his career, Jim’s vast knowledge of processes — including manufacturing, distribution, accounting, legal, human resources, information technology, and operations — has provided him the skills to complement Isagenix Co-Founders Jim and Kathy Coover’s vision to build Isagenix to what it is today.
