Laurine Defresne

Laurine Defresne is currently an Analyste Assurance Qualité Paie at ISAGRI since October 2023. Previously, Laurine worked at AFTRAL from September 2020 to November 2023, initially serving as Assistante Paie et administration du personnel, where responsibilities included managing employee administrative processes, overseeing training plans, and handling payroll-related tasks. Prior to that, Laurine held the position of Assistante RH, focusing on recruitment, personnel management, and support for interns. Earlier experience includes a short-term internship in Human Resources at AFTRAL and a role as an Auxiliaire de bureau at Trésor Public. Laurine holds a Master 2 in Gestion des ressources humaines from IAE Amiens, along with a series of degrees in management and administration from the same institution and the Université de Picardie Jules Verne.
