Brian Privett has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Brian most recently held the position of Vice President of Public Affairs/General Counsel at Isaiah House Treatment Center since February 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Government and Public Affairs Director at the same organization from February 2022 to February 2023.
Before joining Isaiah House, Privett co-founded Reach Out Bourbon County, Inc. in June 2019, where they served as the President until February 2022.
Brian'searlier roles include serving as a Circuit Judge for the 14th Judicial Circuit, Kentucky at the Kentucky Administrative Office of the Courts from April 2018 to February 2022. During this time, they were also involved in various leadership initiatives and programs related to drug courts and opioid initiatives.
Previously, Privett worked as an Assistant County Attorney at Bourbon County Attorney from August 2012 to April 2018. Brian also served as an Assistant Commonwealth Attorney at the 14th Circuit Commonwealth Attorney from September 2010 to April 2018, and as an Assistant County Attorney at Harrison County Attorney from July 2010 to April 2018.
Brian'scareer started as an Attorney at Law, where they operated their own practice, Brian K Privett, Attorney at Law, from July 2007 to April 2018.
Brian Privett obtained their High School Diploma from Corbin High School in 1992. Brian then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Kentucky, which they completed in 1998. Brian furthered their education by attending the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville, where they earned a Doctor of Law degree (JD) in 2006.

Isaiah House is a non-profit, faith based, CARF accredited and AODE licensed, substance use disorder treatment provider. We have eight centers For men: Isaiah House, Patricia's Place, Jake Kuertz Center, and Greg Bowen Center located on our Willisburg and Chaplin campuses tucked in small rural towns in Kentucky. For women: Lisa Walker Center and Shelley Center, Harrodsburg, Ky, Isaiah House Women's Center in Versailles, Ky and Isaiah House Women's Center in Hustonville, Ky. In addition, Real Hope Behavioral Health, Outpatient Services in Danville, KY. We offer medication-assisted treatment of Suboxone, Sublocade and Vivotrol. Real Health Primary Care, family doctor office in Danville, Ky. Non profit 2nd chance employers, Reliance Works, LLC and Howard's Metal Sales. We offer a very distinctive, professional and holistic approach to a wide variety of issues. We offer a 24 hour safe and secure drug-free environment. We approach the whole person: spiritually, emotionally, mentally, relational, physical, medical, financial, legal, employment and educational. We have residential, IOP, OP and transitional living homes. Short-Term Medicaid Programs, 100 Day Operation Unite Program, 8 -11 Month Long-Term Program and an Employee Assistance Program. We have 26 Sober Living Homes that are available for transitional living. We accept all major insurances, Medicaid, KORE, UNITE and self pay. We have a total of 201 beds on our campuses. Our programs are Christ-centered. We offer GED & college classes onsite, legal aid, employment, financial management, job skills training, an employee assistance program, family, marriage & couples counseling plus much much more.
