Peter Kievit

Peter Kievit is a highly experienced cardiologist, currently serving at Isala (ziekenhuis) since November 2023. Previously, Peter held the position of Medical Director (CMO) and cardiologist at HartKliniek from August 2018 to December 2023. Additionally, Peter contributed as a board member of the Quality Committee for the Nederlandse Vereniging voor Cardiologie (NVVC) from November 2016 to December 2023. Peter's extensive career includes significant roles at Radboudumc, where duties encompassed deputy trainer of cardiologists, head of the Cardiac Care Unit, and coordinator of cardio-thoracic surgery from 2005 to July 2018. Peter's medical training includes residencies in internal medicine and cardiology, alongside research experience as a research physician. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Cardiology from Radboud University, an MBA from the University of Europe for Applied Sciences, and an MD from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
