Virginie Germain Alpettaz

Virginie Germain Alpettaz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality management within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. Since January 2009, Virginie has held significant roles at Sanofi, currently serving as the External Manufacturing Quality Head for Gen Med Large Molecule and Vaccines, while also leading CMO Europe efforts at Sanofi Pasteur with a focus on vaccine contract manufacturers. Previous positions include Global Analytical Transfer Leader, overseeing analytical method transfers and project management, and Responsable Laboratoire de Microbiologie, managing microbiology laboratory operations. Virginie also serves as a consultant for ISALYS GROUP, providing expertise in troubleshooting and reviewing microbiological tests at Servier laboratories. Prior experience includes managing QC Raw Materials and QC Micro at Centocor. Virginie holds multiple advanced degrees in Molecular Genetics, Biochemistry, and Microbiology from prestigious French universities.
