Luis Farias Erices

Luis Farias Erices is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in system development and digital transformation. Currently serving as SubGerente de Sistemas at Isapre Consalud since December 2019, Luis oversees all systems development, digital channels, and core/backend systems. As a Principal Partner at Hogar y Cortinas since September 2015, Luis has contributed to the company's strategic direction. Previously, in a regional role as SubGerente Regional de Sistemas at Seguros Falabella from September 2013 to December 2019, Luis led the evolution of maintenance development processes across multiple countries, integrating agile methodologies to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. Earlier, Luis held key positions in Banco de Chile from 1999 to August 2013, focusing on user management and process automation. Luis holds a degree in Civil Engineering in Computer Science from Universidad de Santiago de Chile and is currently furthering education in a leadership program at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez.
