Bala's educational background includes a Master in Science in Project Management from the University of Central Lancashire and two Master's degrees in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada, and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from Vignan Institute of Technology and Science.
